What User Data We Collect
When you use the iOS or Android Application, or visit the website, we may collect the following data:

• Data profile regarding your online behavior on our website.
• Your learning progress as you use our service.
• Your "learning route", meaning the route you take while using Travellearn to find and book Spanish Schools in Latin America

Why We Collect Your Data
We are collecting your data for several reasons:
• To better understand your needs.
• To improve our services and products.
• In order to provide our basic services we depend on having access to use the students data. To make bookings through the app we need to communicate the users details and learning progress to the schools so they are able book the user for one of their classes, and to find the right class for the students level.
• One of the applications main purposes is to make booking a Spanish course in a physical school easier and faster, the app does this by storing the users basic information, and sending it with the booking requests to the relevant school. Note that Travellearns agreement with the schools states clearly that they are not allowed misuse, sell, or use the users data in any other way than for the necessary operations (make a booking for a student, register the student at the school, communicate importante/necessary information etc.). It does for example not allow the schools to send the users marketing emails/whatsapp, etc.
• To send you promotional emails containing the information we think you will findinteresting.
• To contact you to fill out surveys and participate in other types of marketresearch.
• To customise our website according to your online behavior and personalpreferences.
• To bridge the gap between physical Spanish Schools in the world and allow you to travel and keep learning at your level wherever you go.
• We store information about your learning route, in order for you to be able to see and enjoy it, and share it with friends and family.
• Location data might be stored. This is in order to provide the best possible recommendations to the user.
• Contact and user information is stored such that the user might make new bookings/reservations at Spanish Schools easily and quickly.
• One purpose of Travellearn is to act like an agency for the Spanish Schools it collaborates with, and facilitate for users that wish to reserve their spot at any of these. Thus Travellearn collects and transmit (by encrypted email using the TLS protocol) the user/student information necessary to make a new reservation at the relevant School/Learning institute, when the user creates and completes a new booking within the app.
• Physical location might be stored in order to provide good recommendations for where you might want to go next.


Handling of Google Data specifically: 
• The App (iOS and Android) provides users with the option to sign in with their Google account. By doing so the user has to agree to share their email and name with TravelLearn.
• If the user accepts then their email address and name might be stored for future Sign-In's and general in-app functionality.
• If the user wishes to have their data deleted forever, they can click "Delete my Profile" in the app, at which point the app deletes their user profile along with all their information.

Physical location might be stored in order to provide good recommendations for where you might want to go next.

Safeguarding and Securing the Data
Travellearn is committed to securing your data and keeping it confidential. Travellearn has done all in its power to prevent data theft, unauthorised access, and disclosure by implementing the latest technologies and software, which help us safeguard all the information we collect online.

Our Cookie Policy
This website does not use cookies. All user data is collected in the mobile application and stored in our server/database. This data might be stored by Travellearn until the user 1) Requests that it be deleted. 2) The user clicks and confirms to "Delete My Profile" in the Application. This option to delete ones profile can be found in the App under: "Profile" -> "Help".
